Price depends on square footage, visit frequency, building type and the level of service expected: restrooms, carpets, windows, periodic floor care. At equal size, an office building and a food processing plant do not carry the same cost per square foot. What are janitorial services?
Janitorial services cover the recurring upkeep of a building: cleaning offices, common areas, corridors and elevators, full restroom disinfection, waste and recycling removal, floor and carpet care, plus supplying sanitary products (paper, soap, bags).
